Bootcamps

DIGITALENT bootcamps are intensive, on-site training workshops focused on real-world virtual production workflows. Delivered inside professional studio environments, they are designed for graduates and working professionals who need practical, industry-relevant skills, not academic theory.

Each bootcamp targets a specific role within modern film production, from operating a virtual production stage, to creating real-time content, to shooting and directing on LED volumes. Training is hands-on, production-oriented, and led by industry professionals working with current virtual production pipelines.

ONLINE COURSES

DIGITALENT’s online learning provides a flexible pathway that can be followed on its own or combined with the programme’s on-site bootcamps. It offers structured training for participants who want to build understanding of virtual production, AI-enabled tools, production workflows, and industry terminology.

Participants can progress through the material at their own pace and return to content when needed, integrating learning alongside professional work or studies. The online format also allows participants from across Europe, including regions with limited access to specialised training, to engage with the programme and develop relevant skills within contemporary production contexts.

Webinars

Webinars bring participants together online to explore topics in more depth through sessions led by trainers and industry professionals. These may include lectures, case studies, discussions, and guest presentations. Some webinars take the form of masterclasses, offering insight into real productions and professional workflows.

On-demand Classes

On-demand classes provide the foundation of the online programme. These pre-recorded sessions introduce key concepts, workflows, and tools used in virtual production and real-time filmmaking. The library covers both introductory topics and more specialised areas, allowing participants to learn independently and revisit material whenever needed.

Mentorship & Ongoing Support

Mentorship is integrated throughout the DIGITALENT programme to support learning, application, and professional growth. Participants receive structured guidance from trainers and industry experts, including regular check-ins, project feedback, and live Q&A sessions.

Mentors support participants in applying newly acquired skills to practical tasks and projects, helping translate technical knowledge into production-ready workflows. Progress is monitored through ongoing assessment and feedback, ensuring participants stay on track and receive additional support where needed.

This continuous mentorship model helps maintain engagement, supports skill development over time, and ensures learning remains relevant to real production contexts.
