About

DIGITALENT is a European training initiative focused on virtual production, real-time filmmaking, and AI-enabled audiovisual workflows. It responds to a growing skills gap driven by the rapid adoption of LED volumes, real-time engines, and new production pipelines across film, television, and high-end screen content.

Designed for recent graduates and mid-career professionals, DIGITALENT provides structured, practice-based training that reflects how contemporary production environments operate. Participants develop a working understanding of real-time workflows, cross-department collaboration, and sustainable production practices within studio-based and online formats.

Delivered by a consortium of studios, creative hubs, and industry partners across Europe, the programme strengthens professional capacity, supports geographic inclusion, and contributes to a more resilient and skilled European audiovisual workforce.
